How we handle what you share.

ALIVE is an invitation-only experiential membership network operated by ALIVE LLC (placeholder — replace with your registered legal entity before launch). This page describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit an application — as a member or as an artisan — we receive the name, email, city, and the text you wrote in answer to the sacred question. If you used a friend's invitation code, we record that link. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) that Vercel maintains for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use your application to decide whether ALIVE is the right fit for you, and to communicate with you about that decision. If you are accepted, we use your contact details to send your member welcome (the cap, the note, the coordinates). If you entered a friend's invitation code and opted in to visibility, your first name and city may be shown to people who later use your own invitation code — as a quiet signal of who is already here.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. We do not share your sacred-question answer with anyone outside the small team that reviews applications.
Your choices
You can email us at hello@tobeingalive.co at any time to: see what we have on file about you, correct it, remove yourself from future communications, change the visibility opt-in for your invitation code, or delete your application entirely. We will act within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
ALIVE memberships are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Family experiences include children only as participants of a member parent, not as account holders.
Changes
We will post any material changes to this page and update the date above. If the changes affect data we already have, we will reach out by email before they take effect.
To being alive.
